Terms and Conditions

1. Validity
These delivery conditions relate to all offers and deliveries of all products offered by (yourhairshop.nl).

2. Prices & Products
All mentioned prices include VAT, but excluding packaging and shipping costs.
The shipping costs depend on the country of destination and shipping weight. This is calculated automatically when you place your order.
Some pictures of products are provided with a free bonus amount. These are temporary actions and can not always be delivered. If the bonus version is not in stock, the standard version will be delivered. Product photos may differ from the received product because, for example, the manufacturer has adjusted the packaging. We try to keep our photos as up-to-date as possible, but sometimes it is possible that a new photo is not yet available.

3. Ordering
You can order via the website (preferably), by e-mail, telephone. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with an overview of your order. As soon as we have received your payment, the ordered items will be sent. If we do not receive your payment within 21 days, the order will be canceled.

4. Payments
Payments of products take place in advance by bank, by credit card or otherwise agreed in writing with yourhairshop.nl. Any bank charges will be charged to the customer. When you pay by d.m.v. a bank transfer from abroad, then use our ‘IBAN number’ and indicate ‘shared / shared’ under ‘costs’. In most cases, no bank charges will be charged. Please inform this at your bank in advance.

5. Delivery
When the products are in stock the delivery time is 1 to 2 working days (in the Netherlands), calculated from the date that the purchase amount is credited to our account. If an article is unexpectedly sold out between the time of order and payment and / or can not be delivered within 30 days, the excess will be refunded.
6. Complaints
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the web shop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging will be returned to us. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
EXCEPTION: All kinds of hair (both synthetic and human hair), wigs and extensions can not be returned for hygienic reasons.
7. Liability
The information on yourhairshop.nl is compiled with the utmost care. yourhairshop.nl accepts no liability with respect to possible consequences that result directly or indirectly from the misuse of one of our products. It is therefore recommended to read the instructions for use of the product before using a product. yourhairshop.nl is only liable if damage is caused by intent or gross negligence of yourhairshop.nl. Complaints can be addressed to us via the addresses below, after which we will do everything we can to resolve the complaint satisfactorily. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the offered solution, you can send your complaint in writing to the management of yourhairshop.nl, please mention an e-mail address or telephone number. You will receive a response from us as soon as possible.

8. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to every agreement between yourhairshop.nl and the customer.
