Use :

Essential oils are highly concentrated natural substances. Be careful when using them, you should never use them pure on the skin, with the exception of a few essential oils on the advice of an aromatherapist. Always use essential oil diluted. A few drops in your bath water, in a diffuser in your (living) room or in oil to create massage oil is perfect.

Keep essential oils away from children. If you are pregnant or if you have high blood pressure, heart problems or other medical conditions, be advised before use. Even if you have very sensitive skin, it is better to ask for advice or to do a test on a small area of
